THE JOB

King Creative Group (KCG) is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant based in Atlanta to support senior level executives at a fast growing hip-hop label and help liaise and coordinate the the day-to-day operations of the label. This role offers the opportunity to work on high stakes, impactful projects, and be responsible for supporting executives and label roster, serving as a liaison to effectively coordinate operations throughout the company, while helping the company stay organized and complete tasks in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients, partners and other contacts.

  • Provide direct administrative support including research, deck creation, document composition and administrative support tasks.

  • Schedule and organize meetings for executives.

  • Manage travel arrangements and trip oversight (travel, hotel reservations, ground transportation, meeting coordination) and all related expense management.

  • Provide research support in and development of new projects and coordinate special projects as needed.

  • Continuously seek out ways to streamline operations and increase efficiency in order to support the company.

  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality at all times.

  • Maintain working knowledge of the music and entertainment industries and best practices.


ABOUT YOU

  • Have outstanding organizational skills, strong critical thinking, adaptive problem solving, and great attention to detail.

  • Experienced with proposal creation.

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to anticipate the needs of executives and other members of the management team.

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and taking initiative in rigorous, non-traditional, fast-paced environments.

  • Able to handle your role with discretion, confidentiality, patience, and flexibility.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 1-2 years experience in executive administration support, preferably within the music and entertainment industries.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word & Excel) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).

  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights & weekends) as required.

  • Ability to travel for varying periods of time.
